This one is just a wee bit tart. But not near as much as the earlier one.
1 cup low fat plain yogurt (goofed last week) (4 pts)
3/4 cup raspberries (1 pt)
3/4 cup blueberries (1 pt)
3/4 cup frozen fruit mix (it was mostly grapes) (1 pt)
1 banana (2 pts)
I split this with my kiddo (his is in a fancy cup from carnival cruises) so It's about 4.5 points. Yum! Just a hint of tartness. I hope he likes his at lunch. I'll keep you tuned.
I was thinking the bigger I make them the yummier they seem to be. 1 blueberry makes less of a taste difference in a 2 cup smoothie as opposed to a 1/2 cup smoothie. That theory. So I might start making them bigger and then splitting in 2 containers for lunch.
As long as I remember to take it out the night before to thaw it for the next day, I'm good to go! Easier said than done!
